STROKES FOR SWIMMING SURVIVAL

1. Dog paddle: good for when you are clothed or wearing a life jacket.

2. Breast stroke: good for swimming underwater or in rough water.

3. Side stroke: a useful relief stroke because only one arm is needed to maintain buoyancy.

4. Back stroke: another good relief stroke. It relieves the muscles that are used for other strokes.
